Typescript history of 112 Waverly Place, followed by addenda containing reproductions and photocopies of maps, articles, directory entries, obituaries, and newspaper clippings, and an original 1965 Christmas card from the Katzells depicting the building. The volume also contains an errata leaf, a birthday card from Roberta Kyle to Raymond A. Katzell, correspondence, and her business card.

Raymond A. Katzell was born March 16, 1919 in Brooklyn, New York. Katzell attended New York University for his bachelors (1939), masters (1941), and Ph.D. (1943) degrees. Upon graduation, Katzell took a job in the Adjutant General's Office to work on training and placement of army personnel.
